Festival Acrylic and Paint Pen on Matisse's 'Beasts of the Sea" print. In conjunction with the Earth Day "Back to the Golden Age of Industry" 2008 Festival, the Ministry of Public Imagery started a poster campaign to honor the most productive factories.
The Beast of the Sea (Close Up)
This particular factory is perched above a river that feeds into the ocean less than a mile downstream. When the 2005 Laws of Production Over Environment went into effect, this factory went into triple production.
