The Brightest Flower In The Garden
The real name of this plant is Kniphofia.(Or "hot poker lily") I hadn't seen one of these in real life until I was in Vancouver. Earthmart has created these for the garden, because the little flowers each looked like 'lite-brite' bulbs.
