Some mechanical bugs are programmed to like certain bulbs in the garden. This little mechanical moth is attracted to a particular type of daisy bulb. It is particularly drawn to the yellow light. If the garden keeps leave the light on this flower on, the bug will never leave. He will just float there and waste all his time. Fortunately for the little insect, his power system is dependent on the yellow light for recharging, and thus needs to spend a lot of time in front of these flowers 'recharging'.
